Field Team Management

Pragma maintains a strong database of more than 100 Enumerators and 50 Supervisors + 30 Moderators in 7 main languages spoken in Zambia who are carefully selected based on their education, performance, and language fluency. We emphasize continuous capacity building and ensure each field team is equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Our proven field management systems, combined with strong supervision structures, enable us to efficiently coordinate teams for projects of varying sizes and complexity.
